Within a very short period of time, I had to try to figure people out, establish rapport, and convince them to buy products that cost several hundred to several thousand dollars. I would say that this one book increased my sales performance by at least 500%. I found that his characterizations of people, based on distinctive facial features, were right on in most cases. This was a HUGE advantage for me: it made me lots of money, gained me recognition and promotions to Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, and finally V.P. of Sales. Read this book if you need to read people and don't have all year to do it.
