This copy has no signature authentication or provenance, BUT acquired from collector who had this copy signed per his statement. First Edition Oct. 1983 Scream Press. Illustrated by J.K. Potter. Octavo this copy is crisp and clean inside. Pages crisp and clean, unmarked. The binding is tight and straight. The dust jacket is clean with only light of shelf wear from display. This first hardcover printing restores previously edited material - including a deleted chapter - as well as a long autobiographical intro.
