(32) pp. Illustrated with photos and ads for local and Mobile area businesses; rear wrapper has a photo illustration of the New York Giants baseball team beneath a banner for Anger's Pure Food Products and declaring both "National Leaders." The caption beneath the photo gives the names of the players, including Christy Mathewson. A promotional brochure for this experimental "single tax" community, offering recreational and resort activities to visitors. No listings found on OCLC. A good copy.
