Carmel, California: The Tuck Box , 1998. A beautiful copy of this book, illustrating the homes that were designed and built by Hugh Comstock between 1924 and 1930 in Carmel. Gift inscription to the title page in pencil. All else is very good. Included are copies of the original building permits incorporated into the text. A very nice copy.. First Edition. Soft Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. Illus. by Joanne Mathewson - Illustrations . 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
