London, Cobden-Sanderson Ltd., 1935 1st thus (Ltd only 200 copies signed). Hardback, 8.25 x 5.5 inches. Cream buckram cloth with full embossed gilt decorations to boards and spine. Full gilt page edges and decorative green printed endpapers. In very good condition. Minor mark to cloth on rear else cover clean and smart. Rubbed inscription on front endpaper (paper rubbed through). Signed on halftitle page by Illustrator Rex Whistler. A couple of minor light handling marks to pages. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 470pp. Illustrated with 10 full page plates and many smaller in text by Rex Whistler.
