New York: The Macmillan Company, 1904. First edition, first printing, April 1904 on copyright page. Fair to good copy in blue cloth with pine cone motif on front cover, no dustjacket. Some shelfwear including rubbing to the extremities and some darkening to the outer edge of the front cover, good hinges, text block sound with some separation between gatherings but all pages very firmly attached, narrow dampstain to far outer edge throughout most of the book, not affecting the printed areas, gift notation on front free endpaper, pages otherwise unmarked.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair/No. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
