Possibly Book Club edition as whilst DJ and contents appear Macmillan there is the BCA logo to base of spine. ; Second printing. Black cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Nice tight copy, no names or marks inside. DJ artwork by Philip Tonkyn. ; Colour Photographs; 216 pages; Psychological thriller. To all appearances, Jonathan Hall is an intelligent, friendly 11-year-old. But when he has one of his fits, he changes - he's violent, rude and uncontrollable. It's like he's a different person.
