New York: Harper & Brothers, 1918. Hard Cover. near Very Good binding/Good+ dust jacket. Octavo. [4], vi, 77 pp., illus. Signed and inscribed by Seitz on the front free endpaper. As issued, in cloth-backed boards with dust jacket. Binding is a trifle soiled; significant closed tear to the top margin of the title page (just touching the printed frame around the title, but not the text), the dedication page, and to much diminished degree, the following ten leaves; dust jacket is toned, soiled, and lightly edgeworn. This remains a charming book which we believe to be a first edition. While the book doesn't state the edition, the code matches the year and it was printed a bit before Harper began stating the edition on the copyright page.
