Facsimile of the first (Venetian) edition of 1491. Illustrated with 13 plates in facsimile tipped-on to heavy cardboard stock. Volume 1 of the Monumenta Medica, under the general editorship of Henry Sigerist. Introduction by Karl Sudhoff. Translated and adapted by Charles Singer. Very Mild occasional offset throughout. Some mild occasional foxing to text and several plates. A Very Good crisp copy.
