London: Hodder & Stoughton, 1939. Blue cloth with dark blue lettering on the spine. 287 pages plus 1 ad page. A good copy which is rubbed with wear to the cloth from the top of the spine along one side for half an inch. An ink stain on the front board. Internally quite clean throughout with no foxing, and no in scriptions, reasonably square and firm binding. No dustwrapper.. First Edition.
