This book is very heavy so will require specialty shipping. The pages are in very good condition appart from small, faded speckeling on the outskirts of the pages as well as some darker speckeling on the inside of the dust jacket. The dust jacket is slightly worn at the edges
Synopsis
Fathers and Crows is a historical novel by American writer William T. Vollmann, which was first published in 1992. It is the second book in a planned seven-book cycle entitled . (As of 2008, four of the seven books have been published. ) Fathers and Crows is a retelling of the contact and conflict between French Jesuit missionaries (to whom Vollmann often refers as "Black-Gowns") in Canada and the native Huron and Iroquois peoples.
