Stunning binding in three quarter python snakeskin leather over marbled boards, brown spine label lettered in gilt, 276 pages plus contents page and colophon. The book was once the property of a family that lived in the Belgian Congo during the time period the book was published. Good condition with good hinges, firm text block, lightly foxed endpapers, pages age-toned with additional darkening to the outer edges and some occasional foxing, name in pencil on preliminary blank, no other markings.. Hard Cover. Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
