Measures 23x8.25 inches unfolded. Folded into 16 panels, 8 on each side. 22 small images (21 are women). Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy (1788-1862), he was a German composer, pianist, organist and conductor of the early Romantic period. He was the grand-son of the philosopher Moses Mendelssohn, initiated the "Bach Renaissance" in Germany, and is considered the greatest Gewandhaus conductor of Leipzig. He is widely known as Felix Mendelssohn.
