About This Item
London: Foulis, 1959. First edition, first printing. Published by Foulis in London, 1959. This is a very good copy. The dust wrapper has some abrasion and sunning to each panel, most notably at the spine. The top and tail edges of each panel are also chipped and shelf-worn. It has not been price clipped and shows the original price of '21s'. The boards are free from notable chips and marks. There is a stunning previous owner's inscription to the front fly leaf in a deep blue ink, dated January 1961. The text blocks are free from foxing. Overall, this is a very good copy. Tanner's classic book on Ferrari, describing the man and both his road and racing cars.
