OCLC shows 5 holdings (Newberry; Harvard; Mus. NM; SMU & UT-Arlington). A project to extend a railroad from Texas to Mexico. This is a promotional urging Mexico to approve the route which was to connect the Texas lines with Mexico, then to Presidio and thence to either the Pacific or to the Gulf of Mexico.
