(half-title), [i] (title), [ii-iii] (cast list), [iv] (blank), [v] (contents), [vi] (blank), 169 pp. With "Copyright by Heugel & Cie 1909" to foot of first page of music and "Ch. Douin, gr." to foot of last page.
With the autograph signature of the French poet Emile Cottinet (?-1929) to front free endpaper.
Binding worn; corners bumped. Occasional minor foxing, more noticeable to first few oeaves; outer edges of several leaves creased. First Edition.
