Originally issued in red leather wraps, both wraps are detached on this copy, and only one is present. Otherwise a clean, bright, and sturdy copy internally, thus overall good. Includes one folding map, laid in, with stress tears at some of the folds, but clean and complete. Text includes perhaps two dozen wonderful high-quality images of Cleveland's major parks, many of which are still here today. An uncommon volume, and, despite regrettable external condition, a perfectly serviceable copy.
