Woodstock, VT: Elm Tree Press, 1929. Sm. 8vo., 30pp. A lovely reprint of an 1822 essay by noted critic William Hazlitt, comissioned by Marjorie Barlow with an introduction by Robert H. Davis, #345 of 1000 copies. Publisher's blue paper covered boards with paper title pasted on spine. A fine copy [a hint of foxing to the endpapers], lovely colour frontispiece depicting a boxing match. The edition signed by Marjorie Barlow on title page verso. A very nice example in a near fine dustwrapper with tiny loss at the head & heel of the spine.
