About This Item

Paris: Le Film francais, La Cinematographi francaise, 1972. Vintage French film review magazine for issue No. 1460-2478, November 10, 1972, featuring cover feature for Ralph Bakshi's animated adult comedy, "Fritz the Cat," premiered in the US in January 25, 1972, and released in France in November 30, 1972. Articles by M. Jacques Rigaud, A. Trichet, Jane Chabert, Paul Bublex, and an interview with Guy Verrechia.

The weekly film review magazine was founded in 1944 by Derosne and Mauclaire, and later merged with "La Cinematographie francaise," itself in production since 1918. In addition to reviews, film showing times and locations were included, and has been a resource for Cannes voting since 2003.

9.25 x 12.25 inches, 14 pages, saddle-stapled. Very Good plus, folded once vertically, with a small dampstain at the spine.
