The Viking Press, New York, 1980. Hardback Book Club Edition in good condition with dust cover. The book is black boards with SK impressed on the cover. The spine is brown with the author and publisher in black and the title embossed in gold. The pages are clean with no marks, tears, or folds. The dust cover is in good condition but does show some wear on the edges and slight discoloration. The dust jacket in not clipped.
