The story of the first Mayor of Toronto and his part in the rebellion against constituted authority. 254 pp. plus: Bibliography, Notes on the Text, Index. Decorative ep's: front- map Mackenzie's Canada, rear- map Mackenzie's Toronto With Detail of the Rebels' March. Book has grey boards, red text on spine and red firebrand on front panel. Ends of spine are very lightly rubbed, edges yellowing. Book is tight and square. Unclipped ($5.00) paper DJ is edge worn, chipped and rear edge has insect holes. Rear panel has short bio's of author and illustrator with b/w photos. Digital pictures available on request. Bookseller's Inventory # 082136.
