Bound in brown leather with gilt lettering to spine and blind and gilt tooling to boards and turn-ins; spine and upper edge of boards sunned; some rubbing to edges and corners of boards, head and tail of spine, joints, and raised bands; small chips to leather along edges of boards and at joints. Silk endpapers; top edge of text block gilt; previous owner's name on a front endpaper; text block lightly age-toned with scattered foxing.
