Folded folio sheets with oval Italia watermark (bull) in blue printed folder with oval Roma watermark (tiger). Folio (39x29cm). pp. 4, plate leave. Very Good. Joint and short tears to folder. Shaw's talk was postponed from February until May; and the performance of Thomas Otway's "The Orphan" announced on the playbill was probably that given on April 2 instead of March 26, 1750"...the playbill was saved by someone who pasted it on the wooden back of an old mirror, with a later owner preserving it with a layer of varnish!
