Full leather binding, two spots of leather loss on the front cover and one spot on the rear cover, leather cracking at the spine edges, covers are secure. Small hole on 39 affecting a couple of words, name clipped from the top margin of the title page, margin corner nick to 32, a few sheets slightly loose, toning and some marking to the pages, a few youthful 1827 signatures of Anne Welsh on the endpapers. Pages; 191, (1). Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall
