First Edition, published by The Spoon River Press, Peoria, Illinois, 1977. Sturdy, attractive, tightly bound hardcover, clean, unmarked interior, minimal rubbing to extremities. Blue cloth over boards, sunned along edges and spine, still sharp gilt lettering to spine. Unpublished, but with roughly 160 pp. of alphabetized entries of mostly American and British publishers but also Canada, The Republic of Ireland, Scotland, Australia and New Zealand.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
