Julian Messner Inc. New York., 1958. First Edition, 14th Printing.. Hardcover.. G/G. 8 1/2 x 5 3/4 x 1 1/8.. NON SMOKING STORE. My listing includes PHOTO OF ACTUAL BOOK for sale. Book GOOD. Library discard. Boards and spine are tan cloth, lettering is navy. Dust jacket is white with blue and yellow front and spine, front is pictorial, back has black/white photo. Dust jacket is price clipped, is quite white and bright, has a bit of age darkening on back DJ cover and edges, small chunk out of back flap corner, some chips and minor stains, a few rips (largest is 5/8 inch), small scuff on DJ front. Book covers and spine are flat, no rips, have eight medium bits of old tape and residue on front and back covers, minor spine creases. Page edges slightly sunned, minor stains on side, and also a bit dirtied and worn soft like suede. RFEP is torn out. Library ink stamps inside both covers, on title page and page 19. Page 17 and perhaps one-two others are slightly soiled. Inside of book is tight, clear, flat. Illustrated by Corinne Malvern. List of Illustrations. Index.

IMPORTANT RE POSTAGE: I'm in Canada so books to the USA/Other Countries are International shipments and may be delayed by CUSTOMS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. I'm using the Biblio standard postage matrix, which gives average postage fees, therefore sometimes for an OVERSIZE or LARGE heavy book or expensive book, the postage may be too low and may require extra charges. If I know this in advance, I will notify the buyer before the order is processed.

This is not a huge book warehouse, it is a small one-owner store run by a true book lover. POSSIBLE DELAYS: I'm elderly and disabled and while this usually does not cause a delay in order processing, it sometimes may cause a small delay for me to get to the post office.
