Previous owners signature in all volumes. All volumes with clean text, rubbing to extremities. Each volume from 1900, 1901, 1902 and 1902 respectively. Volume 1: Scuffing to the front cover. Wear to head and foot of spine. Similar scuffing to the back cover as well, with wear and spotting. Gilt decoration to the front cover and lettering to the spine.Text block good and sturdy. Volume 2: Front hinge soft. Scuffing to the front cover. Wear to head and foot of spine. Similar scuffing to the back cover as well, with wear and discolouration. Gilt decoration to the front cover and lettering to the spine.Text block good and sturdy. Volume 3: Scuffing to the front cover. Wear to head and foot of spine. Similar scuffing to the back cover as well, with wear and discolouration. Gilt decoration to the front cover and lettering to the spine.Text block good and sturdy. Volumes 1-3 is 1008 pages.
