Poem on a long single sheet folded five times to fit into envelope, printed on pale green paper with darker green illustrations and black letter. Cover has a small illustration and states "350 copies of Flagstaff, a Unicorn Longside, published January 2, 1968. Printed by Noel Young." The sheet then unfolds into a long thin broadside, . 21 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches, with a drawing along the left hand side. SIGNED by Ken Maytag at the bottom and dated. Nov 14-15 67.
