In green buckram cloth, with gilt decorations and gilt lettering on spine. Top edge gilt, other edges deckled. 8vo. A large and heavy volume which may incur an additional charge for overseas delivery. Boards a little rubbed and rounded on corners and spine ends, a few mild marks, spine moderately sunned. Text block edges toned. Front hinge cracked. Previous owner's name on front free endpaper verso. A little spotting on first and last few pages, and faintly and occasionally in page margins. A nice, solid and robust copy of this mammoth and authoritative work. Volume II of the Cambridge Natural History series.
