Flight Deck first appeared in 1961 in hardcover, published by Doubleday.
Scholastic #T581, 1968. Paperback, Fair/No Dust Jacket. 2nd printing, October 1968. Wrappers show moderate wear, chipping at top corner of front cover. Stained along spine (see back cover scan), does not penetrate to inside. Binding tight and square, text unmarked, moderately tanned, no tears.
