Underwood-Miller, #40 of 500, signed on the limitation page by Peter Straub, and by the artists, Leo Dillon and Diane Dillon. Fine hardcover, full bound in black cloth with gilt lettering to the spine. Clean and bright inside and out, with no markings of any kind. Binding is solid and square. Unclipped dust jacket is Near Fine, with a touch of edge wear at the head and heel of the spine and at the corners. Colors are bright and sharp.
