Hardcover first printing with dustjacket, "This is an account of the wild flowers and ferns of the Isles of Scilly, an archipelago off SW England which enjoys the mildest weather in Britain and is famous for the cultivation of cut flowers for the Christmas market and for the 'subtropical' gardens of Tresco," book has moderate dust-tanning to the top edge and there are three very faint glue-marks on the inside of the front and rear cover, these marks have caused very slight discoloration only, they are not sticky, there is no residue, and they are hidden by the dustjacket flaps, the binding is tight and square and the contents are flawless, the dustjacket is in excellent condition with no remarkable flaws, the original price is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included .
