Indianapolis: Nova Graphics, 1993. First Edition. Paperback. Fine. Flying With Eagles: Memoirs of an Original Tuskegee Airman, signed by the author, Lt. Walter J.A. Palmer.. Twelvemo, 93, [12] pp. Illustrated paperback, spine bound in blue cloth. Signed on the frontispiece illustration by Palmer. A fine copy. Lt. Walter J.A. Palmer flew 158 combat missions with the 100th Fighter Squadron, 332nd Fighter Group during World War II. He was a member of the Tuskegee Airmen from 1942-1945. He flew P-39's, P-40's, P-47's and P-51's, logging 400 hours of combat hours during the war. In retirement he wrote Flying With Eagles: Memoirs of an Original Tuskegee Airman. Walter Palmer died in 2009.
