Hardcover, first US edition. Philadelphia, 1891. Half leather, marbled boards, marbled endpapers, gilt top edge. 5 raised bands on spine. Condition is Very Good: Boards show light general wear, binding is sound. Interior has no markings, folds or other issues. 17 x 11 cm. Paginates: blanks, viii, 192, blanks. A pleasing small volume. A collectible book in like condition. Please see images of the book you will receive. Notes: There is a four volume 1890 UK edition that includes Russian/Polish, English, and Scandinavian folk-tales. The name of the editor is derived from one of those volumes.
