Color plates are tipped-in. This classic book on fore-edge painting HAS A FORE-EDGE PAINTING!! It is titled "View of Oxford from Addison's Walk Along the River Cherwell". The painting was done by Michael J. Moulds, December 18, 1975. Quite an unusual copy, we have not seen others. The book is clean and crisp throughout. 223pp.. First Edition. Brown Cloth. Nearly Fine/Price-clipped Dust Jacket. Large Octavo.
