Family story, author unattributed, in the Chatterbox Library series, in Victorian binding of blue boards decorated with a red, yellow and black drawing and gilt lettering to top board and spine. 148pp illustrated with 4 black and white drawings by the prolific illustrator and watercolourist William Henry Charles Groome (1884-1917). Forward lean to spine, some bumping and fraying to spine and corners, marking to edges and Sunday School prize certificate dated 1899 to pastedown, otherwise good..
