Signed. First Edition. Near Fine / very good. History of the University of Texas, warts and all. Author Frantz arrived at the University in 1935. He is a noted historian who's written a lot of stuff. This book was commissioned by the University, but eventually disowned by it. The book is in near fine condition with only minor shelf wear. The dust jacket has a half inch tear at the head of the spine and another tear at the top back flap and is a little sunned and toned. The author has dated, inscribed and signed on the front free end flap.
