No edition stated, but the date is the same on the title page as on the copyright page. The dust jacket has a little wrinkling along the top edge and is in new mylar. This jacket is construction paper quality. Tan background with brown lettering. Drawing of a crowd gathered to hear the Proclamation of Independence.. First Edition. Hardcover.
