Viking, New York, 1990. First Edition hardcover in good condition with dust jacket. The dust jacket is unclipped and in very good condition with glossy, full color graphics and no wear, tear, or folds. The book is black boards with a black cloth spine and the title, author, and publisher is embossed on the spine in gold. The pages are white with no writing, tears, or folds except for one white mark along the edge of the yellow front end paper.
