New York: Little Brown, 1966 Very attractive first edition,second printing, black, white, orange and grey illustrations by John Schoenherr no dj, ex lib and library edition in Very good minus condition, rubbing to top and tail of spine and corners. John Schoenherr, an artist and illustrator who died just this year was notable for Science Fiction and Children's books. His preferred technique, shown here, was using a scratchboard which allowed the artist to etch through clay with varying pressure in order to vary the tones.
