Dust jacket not price clipped ($2.00); bottom edge may have been trimmed; light chipping; partially torn along rear hinge; in an archival mylar sleeve. ix, 137, [1] pages. Inscribed ''This book is the property of: / [framed owner's name] / but I can never forget / that I wrote it. / E. B White / Christmas 1938''.
