A collection of transcripts, letters, testimonials, etc written by or about Ned Looney, noted Oklahoma attorney. Includes a few photographs; 50 pages. Inscribed by Ned Looney to noted Tulsa businessman and civic leader Ray Siegfried, with Siegfried's bookplate below the inscription.
