Condition: Very good, with very light shelfwear to covers. No inscriptions. Unpaginated. 36 colour plates. This catalogue was produced to accompany the exhibition of work by the Mauritius-born artist of Irish and French descent, Frank Avray Wilson (1914-2009) held at the Paisnel Gallery, London from 25th May to 10th June, 2011. His most creative period was arguably the 1950s and early 1960s when Wilson was "at the epicentre of international developments under the general informalist, tachiste and abstract expressionist banner". The works in this catalogue all date from that period..
