Author, starting in 1860, would make an annual entry at Christmas in his diary. He did this every year for forty years. Preface by Nelson Ball dated Toronto, 1971 and Paris, 1993. Unpaginated. A Note on the Photographer. Afterword by Nelson Ball dated May, 1993. A Note on the Editor. Book has very slight edge wear at spine ends. Unclipped ($19.95) DJ has edge wear with two closed tears, one at front head of spine and the other at top front corner. Bookseller's Inventory # 154695.
