New York: Harper & Row, 1965. First Edition . Cloth. Good/Good. Signed. A Good copy (bookplate) in maroon cloth, in a Good dust jacket. There is faint damping at the bottom edge of the dust jacket and to the cloth, not visible within. The binding is tight and the text is clean. Signed by the author at the title page, and with a program from the signing event laid in loosely.
