About This Item

Personal histories of old families of Frio County, Texas. Frio County is between San Antonio and the Mexican border at Laredo (or between Devine and Cotulla). There's not any big cities down there, it's ranching and farming. The Old San Antonio Road goes through there. From the conquistadors to Santa Anna, that was the road from Mexico to Texas. The book is a little bit scrunched at the top of the spine and there is an indentation at the bottom edge otherwise the book is in near fine condition. The pages are clean and unmarked, and the corners are square.

About mark mcdonald

Book collector for over 30 years. I'm retired and ready to sell. I buy almost exclusively from estate sales and since I've lived in Dallas my whole life, I know the people and where to go. I am a low volume collector and seller and deal in higher quality books. I have a lot of signed and inscribed books. These signatures have not been officially authenticated, but I am confident in their authenticity so I will guarantee them in perpetuity if it can be reasonably demonstrated that the signature is incorrect. .
