N.d. (1891). 12 colour plates by Miss May Rivers (including frontis plate). Light foxing to title page and plates, some rubbing to boards, corners lightly bumped, slight fraying to head and foot of spine. Clean. Very good condition. Beautifully illustrated guide to fruit-growing, with 12 lovely plates (apples, pears, strawberries, cherries, etc.) and numerous text llustrations by British artist May Rivers. Volume 1 of 3. 1st Edition. Decorated Cloth.
