Good. No Jacket. Good or better condition. A very heavy book ( 14" x 11 1/2"), two inches thick. Red leather spine and corner tips with red marbled paper cover to front and back boards. End papers in a busy red cloth look like design. 34 full page cardboard tipped in titled plates. Pages not numbered. Broken cloth on corner tips and edge wear to the spine. Enforced plates at the spine with a thin paper cloth like tape on the back side of each plate at the spine. Binding solid and over all a nice looking book for its age. Text in french and dated on the title page 1881. In text drawings and full page drawings.<p>
