Philadelphia: J.M. Stoddart & Co. , 1875. Bound in full leather with beautiful gilt tooling on the beveled cover. Gilt dentelling on the inside of the boards. Gilt on all edges. Raised bands on spine. Marbled endpapers. Would be very good if the front Board was not free with some preliminary pages. Leather of the spine is free on one hinge. The binding is tight though, despite the free leather. 113 steel engravings. Illustrated throughout. . Full Morocco Leather. Fair. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Hardcover.
