Actual date of publication is unknown. Covers are detached from the remainder of the volume. The binding is very tender and this volume will require care in handling. Covers are quite worn. A number of pages admit to small chips or short tears at extremities. Minor, unobtrusive soiling to interior, here and there. Volume nicely illustrated in black and white, including a tri-part fold-out. An acceptable reading copy
